My reports are in-depth yet easy to read. You’ll get a comprehensive report that is easy to understand. Everything identified during the inspection will be included in the report. The report will be first emailed to you within 5 business days and usually with in 24 hours. A hard copy of the report in a hard cover binder will also be mailed to you. Some other inspection reports have more disclaimers and filler than actual information about the home. I try to give you all the information that you could want without having to wade through a lot of extra text. I really do care about my clients and I do not want you to have any unpleasant surprises after you move into your new home.
